The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) advances its activities around the pillars of a field-oriented approach, human security, and enhanced effectiveness, efficiency, and speed. In Haiti, JICA supports the establishment of basic social services, with a focus on the improvement of health and sanitation conditions and the promotion of education. JICA also assists in the agricultural sector to improve food security. This report provides an overview of: Community Based Fisheries Management, Pelagic Fish Resource Management and Development.
